The night before Easter Harrison put in a special request - "Mom, can you let Dad hide my basket this year? I just don't trust you to hide it good. No offense" Sheesh, I guess I'm only good enough to shop for the contents around here!
Harrison - Legos, a water gun, Pokemon cards, a daily Devotional, flashcards, and candy.
Sawyer - Legos, water gun, Pokemon cards, Chipwrecked and candy.
Graham - Water gun, Mr. Porkchop (he is toy story obsessed right now) Drill N' Fill playdoh and books.

Campbell - Personalized beach towels, taggie blanket, books and barrettes in the birdy box.
This sweet
little sweater is a treasure that Jonathan's grandmother crochet many years ago before she passed away. She wanted to leave something for her great grandchildren to have even though she wouldn't have the chance to know them. I thought such a special day was the perfect occasion to have Campbell wear it.
After church we went to my mom's for an Egg Hunt and dinner, it was nice that Jonathan's parents joined us there so they could see the sweater being enjoyed too!
The
starting line for the Egg Hunt!
Which truth be told is more of an egg pick-up...not too much hunting required for the 200+ eggs strewn in the backyard.
Graham was happy to snack along the way.
He continued to entertain us once we moved inside, too.
It was a beautiful day, and my mom's food was a-mazing (as usual!) I ate so much, I didn't even have room to sneak any candy from the kids baskets...until the next day ;)

Easter perfection. Your family picture is so lovely! Maybe it's the red hair, but Campbell is reminding me so much of Sawyer. That little sweater is the sweetest thing. What a tender remembrance. Fun baskets too!
It was the BEST Easter ever by far.... Perfect Grandkids, Perfect Weather.... good food, what more could you ask for. What a sweet way to honor Jonathan's Grandmother, Campbell looked beautiful in the sweater.
