not much to report

This week author Kay Winters visited Harrison's school and had her autographed books available for purchase. If your little one is still talking about the recent election, you might want to add this to your collection!

Tomorrow Moms in Touch is preparing a spread of apple and pumpkin treats in the faculty lounge to wish the teachers and staff a happy Thanksgiving. I made Hilary's pumpkin dip and Melanie's pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. I feel like quite the Suzy homemaker these days trying all kinds of new recipes.

But I'm no Top Chef. New season starts tonight! Yay!

It's also the start of boot season here in PA, and I was due for a new pair. I made an exception and bought suede because I L-O-V-E these boots, they are super comfy and go with just about everything! Don't Padma's boots look gorgeous too! Who can believe that girl gets to eat for a living? Jealous.

I have missed you! Where have you been? I apparently off shadowing Martha Stewart somewhere? Wow.

I am so excited for Top Chef. I am kind of mad at Padma though...it's one thing to eat for a job and another to eat for a job and still look like that. Not right.

Those recipes both sound divine! Thanks for sharing the links.

Those boots are amazing! I have a trillion gray shirts that would love to be paired up with them. Swoon!

love the boots! i would love to be a boot-wearing kinda gal but being tall already (i'm 6"2 flat footed) means that putting on cute boots puts me at around 8 feet tall. not so good. so i will just drool over the pair you have. and thanks for the food links, pumpkin muffins sound perfect right now. :)

You are a domestic diva! I wish I lived closer to sample your yummy treats. I heart those boots. I'm looking for a good chocolately brown pair, if you see any cute ones let me know. :)

LOOOVE your boots! I'll bet you are gorgy in them.

I am so very impressed with your cooking exploits.

(and just a little bit bitter that Hilary's blog is private. oi!)
