one year well check

Graham had his one year well visit at the Dr. last week. I expect a call from CPS any time now.

Dr. S - has Graham had eggs yet?
Me - Yes. And peanut butter twice, with no reaction.
Dr. S - Nooooooooo! No peanut butter until he's two!

Dr. S - is Graham nursing or on formula?
Me - I switched him to whole milk two weeks ago.

Me - we also switched his car seat to forward facing and he LOVES it!
Dr. S - the American Pediatric Association now recommends rear facing until the child is two.

Dr. S - is your home child proofed?
Me - Absolutely.

One Year Stats
25lbs - 83% of growth percentile
31" - 95.75% of growth percentile
head circumference....oh bother, 97.73% and they want to ultrasound it.

too, too funny!

He is cute and loved, and his head looks normal to me. Are they really going to ultra-sound him?

Don't let them ultra sound his head......this coming from a mother with some children with huge noggins.....He is beautiful and I love that kind of childproofing! Just goes to show that you officially have more than two children.

He is the cutest guy ever! Meh. Don't worry about CPS - you know your baby better than anyone. Besides, their standards are always changing. I just heard that now some docs are thinking peanut allergies are so high because people are waiting so long to introduce them to their kiddos. Haven't we been through the head thing before with Harrison? Carter too has a gigantic head and it's just him. Try not to worry! (oh, and if it's not Legos, it's polly pocket shoes and clothes - LOL)
