not too little

Earlier this week I had the following conversation with Harrison

Harrison: MOM! Can we take Sawyer's training wheels off and teach him how to ride without them?
Me: Harrison, he's not ready for that. He's too little.
Harrison: No he's not!
Me: Harrison, you didn't ride without training wheels until you were five, Sawyer is only three!
Harrison: I KNOW he can!
Me: Do you want your brother to get hurt?
Harrison: (thinks) Maybe just a little bit....
Me: Harrison

Well, while I wasn't willing to risk Sawyer's elbows and knees to the pavement, it turns out Jonathan was. And while I was at the grocery store tonight, Harrison proved me wrong.

WOW! Way to go, Sawyer!!! He could not be prouder, and neither could we!

Holy cow, Jan! I can't believe it. Not only can he do it, but he does it well! Go Sawyer! And WTG Harrison for knowing he could! Awesome!

Not at all surprised.... Sawyer is fearless and Harrison is an awesome big brother who instills confidence in his little bro.... no wonder Sawyer thought he could, Harrison believed he would. Way to go Sawyer and kudos to Harrison for having confidence in his little brother. Graham is going to be VERY lucky, he will have both Sawyer and Harrison as big brothers!!!
