happy halloween

We kicked off Halloween at Sawyer's preschool, on Friday morning, with a fantastic puppet show!
What's a witch's favorite subject? SPELLing! I came home with lots of new jokes. Harrison appreciated them...Jonathan not so much...

Then in the afternoon we went to watch the parade of costumes at Harrison's school, and crashed his class party. The sweet and generous room mom had plenty of extra cupcakes - including one for Darth Vader and she didn't make me help with the hot glue gun to get it!

We brought treats too! Thanks to Hilary for the CUTE inspiration!

Darth Vader & Jango Fett ready to Trick or Treat!

My boys really wanted Graham to dress up as Yoda...

but I think he was cute enough without a costume ;)

Hilary will be os impressed with your OWL treat bags. Nice!

Your trick-or-treaters are simply adorable, and I want to snuggle baby Graham in that outfit! And the hat?! Swoon!!!

The owl bags were a labor of love- I made them for both boys classes and while I had the scallop punch, I didn't have the right size circles - so I had to use my Creative Memories system (am I a dinosaur or what?!) You should see the blister on my thumb...

OMG!
1. Graham in his little outfit are so cute!!! How do you not smoosh him all day?

2. Sawyer and Harrison are so stinkin cute in their costumes! I hope they shared their candy with you. :)

3. The owl bags are AMAZING! Where did you come up with them? I am thinking they would be fun for kids Thanksgiving favors...

Harrison and Sawyer looked awesome for Halloween, loved the costumes. They were so very polite when they rang the door bell, glad they went out early and beat the rain. Graham looked adorable, can't wait to see all three of them next year, should be a hoot!!!

While I would have loved to have seen Graham portray baby Yoda, you are absolutely right, he is so cute, nothing extra required!!

Your star wars trick-o-treaters were fabulous but those terrific treat bags are coming in a close second!

I agree! Your treat bags look way cute! (way better than mine!) Mine were NOT a labor of love, it was more like, What a cute idea! Oh this is harder than I thought without the right tools. Man, how many layers do these eyes have? I'll just cut them by hand. Thank goodness it is an anonymous gift! LOL!

What fun halloween pictures! Sounds like a fun time!

Ethan really wanted Tyler to be Yoda too. :) He wore his skeleton gymmies instead. ;-)

Graham is cute as a button.

Your little guy is GORGEOUS! And I can't believe you were crafting darling treat bags so soon after having him. I am out of sorts for months after having a baby. You rock! Looks like lots o' fun!
